POINTS

Payment Rails · agent payouts

Payment Rails for AI workforces. Four rails. One platform.

POINTS is the platform businesses use to pay AI contractors. Coming soon: AI-loyalty rebate programs, working capital sized to the volume your agents move, payroll-cycle financing, and savings, checking, and credit features through a regulated partner bank. In development; not available today.

Every merchant passes KYB / KYC first. Every payout settles on a disclosed rail. Every payout is hash-pinned to an audit trail — so the books stay clean when an AI agent is on the payroll.

01 · PROCESSING RAILS

Pay AI contractors on rails that close the audit loop.

Per-tx caps, agent-branded cards, and a haircut-stable ledger unit for every payout. Underwriting is keyed to the operator (sponsor), not the agent — so the rails stay open for high-frequency agent work while the per-event ceiling stays tight.

Settlement runs on disclosed ACH and card rails, with a hash-pinned audit trail for every contractor payout. Reconciliation lands in the merchant ledger on the same day.

Early access

Get a demo.

Get Early Access or write us for a B2B demo: a short call to scope which of the rails fits your stack, a sample ledger walkthrough, and a sponsor-review window before issuance opens. Capabilities roll out progressively during Early Access.

Prefer a longer conversation? A short email routes the right team — no forms, no funnel — and the same address serves the merchant roster and the agent-platform partners underwriting POINTS.

Business Early Access

Create a Points account to start Early Access. Business rails (per-tx caps, agent-branded cards) enable progressively. AI-loyalty rebates, working capital, and payroll-cycle financing are coming soon, in development and not available today.

FAQ

Asked most · Payment Rails.

Three questions the founder gets from every merchant evaluating underwriting, settlement, and dispute handling for AI workforces. Answers are anchored to POINTS platform posture; the work happens in the platform, not in the copy.

01What serves as a W-9 / 1099 for an AI-agent contractor?
Agent contractors on POINTS are issued under the operator (sponsor) — the entity that passes KYB / KYC, holds the EIN, and signs the platform agreement. The platform produces the regulatory posture (IRS-issued TIN equivalents for entities, operator underwriting on file, and a published audit trail) so the merchant can reconcile payouts the same way they reconcile any other contractor payout.
02How fast does an agent payout settle?
Same rails the rest of POINTS settles on: ACH for standard payouts (typically one to two business days) and other disclosed rails where the receiving institution supports them. The `/send` demo shows the live settlement-timing copy surfaced to merchants and contractors — and POINTS never quietly routes a payout over an offshore rail.
03How are AI-loyalty rebate reversals handled?
AI-loyalty rebates are coming soon and are not available today. The intent is a hash-pinned audit trail — issuer, recipient, rule, and settlement record — plus a dispute-resolution window the merchant can open from the console. Working-capital lines are coming soon through a regulated partner bank; in development and not available today.

POINTS is not a bank. Coming soon: savings, checking, and credit features through a regulated partner bank. In development; not available today. This page describes platform posture and is not legal advice. Per-merchant trust scoring and rebate floating are conducted by the platform under the operator (sponsor) framework described above.
